Thanks to the written efforts of the Cambodian Muslim Community Development team, and the vocal efforts of Haji Abdul Hamith Cham, we will be providing an updated ‘Cham Quran Tafsir’ audio program.

Cham Traditions

Assalamu’alaikum waramatullah wa barakatuh Dear Brothers and Sisters,

By the grace of Allah, one of the only things a people have been able to retain throughout the generations are their customs and traditions. By way of the Cham tradition, the Cham community has been able to hold tight to the customs that created the Cham empire of the past.

The only thing that wasn’t kept by most if not all Cham is the religion – Alhamdulillah Allah (swt) has blessed us with guidance and has put our people on the right path. With that said, please enjoy some of the videos of the Cham traditions below.
